Honey is sold by weight not by volume. The capacity of our containers is the weight of honey they will contain. All of our containers are listed by honey weight, not water weight, and not volume. One fluid ounce of honey will typically weigh about 1.4 ounces. This will depend on the moisture content of your honey. Please note that all honey containers are sold empty.
